  1. Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a refund or exchange. To be eligible, please email our customer support team at support@cookiecad.com within this time frame.
  2. Return Conditions: We accept returns on most items, even if they have been used. However, we reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is damaged, excessively used, or deemed unfit for resale. Each return will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom orders, perishable goods, and hazardous materials. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  3. Refunds or Exchanges: At our discretion, we will either provide a full refund or exchange for eligible items. We will work with you to ensure the best resolution for your specific situation.
  4. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless we determine that the return is due to a manufacturing defect. In that case, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  5. Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after receiving and evaluating the returned item. The exact processing time may vary, but we will make every effort to process refunds in a timely manner.
  6. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued either to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference and our discretion.
  7. Proof of Purchase: To request a refund or exchange, customers must provide proof of purchase in the form of an order number or receipt.
