3d Printer Filament - Processing Time

Orders containing 3D printer filament is typically be shipped by the next business day. Please email orders@cookiecad.com if you have specific or urgent needs.

Please note: If you are getting a USPS package and do not see an update by the next business day; USPS often neglects to scan the item at the originating post office (we are trying to work with them to resolve this), when this occurs the first scan will be at another post office along the way. Please feel free to reach out if you have any shipping concerns.

We provide FREE shipping for 3D printer filament orders within the United States. For international orders, shipping options will be presented during checkout.

Delivery Times

Delivery times will depend on the carrier and the shipping method chosen. We do not guarantee delivery times. Some shipping methods have delivery times that are guaranteed by the carrier. In case a shipping method that is guaranteed by the carrier is chosen by the customer and not fulfilled by the carrier, the customer may request that we submit a claim on their behalf. We recommend customers check with the carrier to find out whether a particular shipping method is guaranteed.

The customer is responsible for all customs and import taxes for international orders.

Lost & Damaged Shipments

For lost shipments, we will replace or refund at our discretion once the carrier has confirmed that the item is lost. Items that are not yet confirmed to be delivered or lost by the carrier may still be delivered and are not eligible for refund until the carrier has determined the final status of delivered or lost. For damaged items, we will replace or refund upon receiving acceptable proof of the damage. We reserve the right to determine what qualifies as acceptable proof.
